LECSA Honours Mrs. ‘Maletšela Mapetla

The Lesotho Evangelical Church in Southern Africa (LECSA) recently recognized and honoured the dedicated service of Mrs. ‘Maletšela Mapetla.  At the LECSA Executive Committee meeting held on the 16th of August 2016, the LECSA Moderator Rev. Tšeliso Simeon Masemene presented Mrs. Mapetla with a certificate and gifts of appreciation for her volunteer service to the church as an accountant during the years 2009-2016.  Her assistance was vital in helping to improve the financial reporting and accounting records of the church.  Her selfless sacrifice has been invaluable to the LECSA and greatly appreciated.

In May of this year the LECSA Morija Administration Office staff, led by Administrator Rev. Peter Koona Tefo, also celebrated and honoured Mrs. Mapetla’s service.

Although officially retired now, she continues to serve on a part-time basis in working with the new accountant.  The LECSA thanks God for Mrs. Mapetla’s untiring service to the church and to God.  May God bless her for many years to come!
