Banna le Bahlankana (MBB), the Men’s Guild of the Lesotho Evangelical Church in Southern Africa (LECSA), held its Annual Synod from 3-8 September 2019 at Mabote Parish in Thaba-Bosiu Presbytery, Lesotho. This year’s theme was from Luke 10:37, “Go and do likewise.” Saturday, 7 September the men gathered for all night prayer and singing. Sunday, 8 September a special service of worship was held at Mabote LECSA at 9:00AM. The former Prime Minister of Lesotho, Mr. Pakalitha Mosisili, was in attendance along with the Principal Chief of Matsieng, Prince Seeiso Bereng Seeiso. Rev. Tšeliso Simeone Masemene, LECSA’s moderator, Rev. Nelson Khethang Posholi, LECSA’s Executive Secretary, members of LECSA’s Executive Committee, the leadership of MBB, and representatives from all 12 presbyteries were also present. Rev. Simon Teboho Morapeli, the president of MBB, gave the sermon on I Samuel 30:13 and Mark 5:9 and the men of MBB led worship with joyous singing and dancing. A feast of celebration followed the service.
